It is a training programme delivered by an HRD Corp registered training provider that eligible Malaysian employers can fund using their HRD Corp (formerly HRDF) levy, subject to HRD Corp's grant rules and approval.
Employers with 10 or more Malaysian employees in covered sectors contribute 1% of monthly wages, while employers with 5 to 9 employees may register voluntarily at 0.5%. Grant applications and claims are managed through the HRD Corp e-TRiS portal.
Yes. Non-HRDC organisations, individuals, government agencies and international participants can enrol directly at affordable open-enrolment fees.
